If you are not satisfied with your lamp, please feel free to request a return within 15 days of receipt. Send an email to warranty@palebluedotshop.com, and we will arrange a pickup for you within 5 days. Your refund will be processed within 15 days from pickup. Please ensure you retain the original packaging in case you wish to return the product.

This does not apply to items marked ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Seconds’, as these products are already heavily discounted. Seconds may be minimally used or preloved products, previous design iterations that are still usable, or products with minor imperfections. All remain functional and usable.
