Order processing

Your product is made to order in our studio in Bangalore within 24 hours of your placing your order. Once it is printed out, we finish the product, test it out with all accessories and peripherals, and hand wrap it with care.

Shipping

Shipping is available pan India through our courier partners. Product cost is inclusive of shipping. Products will be delivered to your doorstep within 7 working days, with most deliveries happening within 5 days.

Warranty

Each and every component that comes from our studio has a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects. In the rare event of any such issue, we will ship a replacement to you, at the nominal cost of the shipping charges charged by the courier partner.

Returns

In case you are not satisfied with your lamp, please feel free to request a return within 15 days of receipt of item. Send an email to <>, and we will arrange a pickup for you within 5 days. Your refund will be processed within 15 days from pickup. Please ensure you retain the original packaging in case you wish to return the product.

This does not hold for items marked ‘Final Sale’ or ‘Seconds’, as these products are heavily discounted already. Further, please note products titled ‘Seconds’ have minor blemishes from slight imperfections in the printing process. This does not affect their utility in any way, and can be enjoyed as is.

Inclusions

As a standard, our lamps ship with all peripherals (sockets, wires, plugs, switches) included.

Tracking

Tracking is available at our courier partner’s website, and on our website as well. Once you receive a tracking number, you can track the progress of your lamp at <partner URL> and at <PBD URL>
