Order processing

Your product is made to order in our studio in Bangalore within 24 hours of your placing your order. Once it is printed, we finish the product, test it with all accessories and peripherals, and hand-wrap it with care.

Shipping

Shipping is available pan-India through our courier partners. Product cost is inclusive of shipping. Our products are printed to order in Bangalore and typically delivered within 7 working days of order placement. Remote locations may take an additional 1–2 working days.

Tracking

Tracking is available on our courier partner’s website and on ours as well. Once you receive a tracking number, you can track your lamp's progress on the partner’s website.
